To cut a long story short, I joined up for the first Boot Camp and have been to every Boot Camp since! The reason I keep going back is because I am seeing results both mentally and physically. I am losing weight, my shape is changing and I already feel so much better about myself. The boot camp program has taught me so much about exercise and diet. The instructors have stressed the importance of eating right combined with regular exercise. They have held many nutrition seminars to give us the tools we need to succeed in our eating plans, and they have made me realize that I can succeed and that I just need to believe in my own ability to do something. They have turned my 'I Can't' into 'I Can' and I am so grateful for that. I think what stands out the most for me is that they really care. They care that we work hard on our fitness and do well, they care that we eat right and see results, and they truly care about us as people. If we are willing to put in the work it takes, they are there with us every step of the way.

Since I started Celebration Boot Camp, my workouts and my attitude have reached a whole new level. As a former athlete in school, I was always in shape and understood the importance of maintaining a healthy weight and proper nutrition. However, after the birth of my twins, I gained a lot of weight, wasn’t eating right, and didn’t feel good about myself. I enrolled Celebration Boot Camp knowing that I needed to push myself to obtain my goals. In as little as one month, the instructors were able to generate results that I would have never been able to obtain on my own. They have truly unlocked my body’s full potential and I look forward to my workout every morning. During the first week of boot camp, I lost 7 lbs! I couldn’t believe it. It was one of the most challenging weeks not only physically, but mentally. They are both so passionate and enthusiastic about their workouts, and give us their all as trainers. We are kept motivated to work hard. They challenge us to our physical and mental limits so we get the best results possible. They take pride in seeing our bodies change, and are on top of our nutrition. In the short time I have been doing Celebration Boot Camp, I have gained tremendous strength, flexibility, and I have a new perspective on what I can accomplish with my body and mind. Last fall, a friend told me about “Celebration Boot Camp”. I joined…and all I can say is that it’s working for me; I’ve shed 20 pounds since last November. The instructors establish a mix of challenging, yet fun, outdoor exercises and activities that push Boot Camp participants to the limits of our physical abilities. They mix it up with music and standard equipment that is readily available to all including mats, weights, bands, and park benches….with a few additional fitness challenges and surprises thrown in here and there. They keep us motivated and entertained through creative ideas and fitness activities as we work our way towards our fitness goals. Their methodology and daily class structure works multiple muscle groups and achieves measurable results. The instructors lead by example; two of them are sponsored athletes who stay fit and remain actively participating in fitness competitions. Participants in Celebration Boot Camp run the full gamut; all shapes and sizes, all fitness levels. Their exceptional skill at responding to the needs of each individual is a credit to their profession. The instructors have the abilities, energy, and experience to get results. Their commitment and passion is evident in each day’s workout.

I have been attending Celebration Boot Camp for the past 6 months at 5:45AM every weekday. Being an effective trainer requires so much more than just having an extensive knowledge of the fitness industry, which they truly have. It takes a person who knows how to play many important roles in effectively motivating and pushing you towards your ultimate goal of being a healthier and happier human being. The Celebration Boot Camp instructors truly understand this; and do a phenomenal job of being my trainer, motivator, drill camp sergeant, psychologist, nutritionist, and friend. On a daily basis, they are working with people who are all at completely different fitness levels, but yet at the end of each work out, there is not a person in this group who feels they haven’t each individually achieved a great and total workout. They know how to push each of us beyond our comfort level and they know when to back off. This is not easy to do but they do it. I am seeing results and could not be more pleased.

I am a 42-year-old mother of two teenagers, a wife and an owner/general manager of a restaurant. To say the least I am a very busy person. My life revolves around food and exercise has just never fit in. After listening to the buzz around town, I decided it was time to put just one hour a day aside for myself. I knew I needed something serious to get me going and start achieving my personal goal, which is to lose 20 pounds. Day one, I started with an open mind and it has been an incredible experience. My second session is coming to an end, and I have had muscles worked that I never new existed. The instructors’ method of training is to encompass the entire body as a whole, as well as target those individual areas most women need to work on. We have not had 2 workouts the same so it is always fun to see what they have up their sleeves next. Since the first week, my endurance levels have raised considerably. I plan on continuing towards my personal goal, as well as continuing to train. They also have introduced me to their nutrition seminar for the first time. Their knowledge is vast and explanations are simple. They clarified many myths that are out there and I do believe that even though I love food... I will be able to make some healthier choices as I move forward.

As a Celebration Boot Camp client, I highly recommend this program and the instructors as trainers, and as coaches and mentors. They are all three and exceptional at all. Playing sports in high school and college, going to the gym and having trainers, and taking fitness classes, I have had my share of coaches and trainers and none of them give what I have gotten from the instructors of Celebration Boot Camp - they give real results and give the support you need. I attend boot camp three times a week for an hour and in that hour they keep it real all while kicking our butts. Not to mention, everyday the workouts are different and creative, which keeps it interesting. I honestly can say I look forward to going because I never know what to expect and because I like the challenge. They have the ability to give a challenge to people of all fitness levels, from couch potatoes to the elite they can kick your butt and give you one hell of a workout. At the same time, I know I can go to them anytime for advice on nutrition, healthy living, or whatever I need to get the results I want, and that is where they are great coaches and mentors. I am a very skeptical person and was skeptical at first, but the workouts and advice do give you the results you want. If you’re looking for a trainer that can give you the results you want, and someone who can be your coach as well, then I think you’ll find that Celebration Boot Camp will be a great asset to your fitness program. You won’t be disappointed!

While I have been associated with Celebration Boot Camp for just over two months, I have found the trainers and program to be truly inspiring, knowledgeable and motivational. The instructors mix humor with pure business and push me to achieve more than I thought I could and perhaps more than I planned on. Boot Camp has awakened the desire in me to be not only just fit, but healthy and strong. I love that the instructor knows what we need to do, how we need to do it and how much we really can do. I love Celebration Boot Camp because of the constant support and encouragement I am getting from my two fabulous coaches (Jason and Catherine) and my fellow campers. This is a great way to jump start your day. As Jason always says...."You will get out of it what you put in to it." It is a lot of hard work and sweat but after just one hour you feel such a sense of accomplishment and already start looking forward to tomorrow. This is well worth it and I highly recommend it to any woman who wants to make a positive change in her life! I just finished my second month of camp and let me tell you it has been awesome! It burns while we are working that's for sure, but when we are done it feels so good! And let me tell you I was pretty nervous. I am very heavy, very out of shape when I began. I was afraid I was going to be behind everyone else in a big way. But it's true that there is every fitness level and sometimes I was behind everybody but Catherine and Jason are so great about helping you to modify, understanding your limits, and are very very encouraging. Being outside was great and I'm so glad we can really get some use out of, and see more of our beautiful town! It feels really good to be taking control of my life in the fresh air, outdoor setting. No walls, no limits. Don't let the "Bootcamp" title scare you. There's no yelling, no drill sergeants, nothing loud or scary about it. Thank you Catherine and Jason! I'm excited about the next camp!

"The human body has always fascinated me with it’s ability to react and adapt to various types of physical conditioning.  It is an amazing machine and beautiful piece of art, with incredible capabilities.  I loved not only learning about exercise physiology in my college courses, but also applying it to my daily life and training goals. I was inspired by another young woman at my gym to take my training to the next level and compete in Figure.  Having always been naturally inclined to watching what I eat and eating healthfully, it was a natural fit.  In addition to this, I loved the toned look of the figure athlete and I felt my physique had the potential to be a good match for the sport.  After only 12 weeks of eating "clean" and performing a moderate amount of high intensity cardio along with weight training sessions also high in intensity, my body made a total transformation!  It has only become more fit, more toned, athletic and shapely year after year.  I am always so inspired and empowered by taking my physique to levels of conditioning I never thought possible.  Utilizing what I have learned through my education and personal experience, I am ready to help others reach their fitness goals!"

When I started working with Jason and Catherine I learned a whole new meaning for the term 'intensity'. I thought I was 'training' before, but I was wrong! The workouts were amazing and VERY effective. They are the most inspirational people that I know and have inspired me to one day compete in a figure competition. With them on my team I know that I will succeed. Not only are they my trainers but I have made two best friends in the process that I will never forget! Jason and Catherine have changed my life in so many ways and showed me how much I love this sport!
